Registration Information

The next step...

After the student has been accepted, the following items must be verified before the student can register:

  1. Business Office Clearance.
  2. Health Record Clearance (please see the Health & Immunization Certificate Requirements)
  3. Social Security Number.
  4. Placement Test / Entrance Exam: TOEFL Test (for International Students only).
The following forms will need to be filled out to complete the registration process (these forms can be downloaded as a pdf file by clicking on the name of the form):
  1. Release of Student Records Form (to be filled out only for incoming freshmens that have attended the Seventh-day Adventist K-8 schools in Hawaii.)
For school record identification, employment purposes and ease of completing many reports and forms which require Social Security numbers, students are required to obtain a Social Security Number before the school year begins. No students may work on campus without a Social Security Number.

Forms to apply for a Social Security Number are available at the Social Security office in the Honolulu Federal Building.
