Application Process
Aloha and thank you for your interest in Hawaiian Mission Academy. In order to apply to Hawaiian Mission Academy it will be necessary to fill out a variety of forms. You may contact our Admissions Office and request an application packet. Forms can also be downloaded by going to Admissions - High School - Application Forms.

Ask the Adminissions Office for:

An application packet that consists of the following:

Confidential Teacher Reference (2 references from two different subject teachers)

SSAT test information (you can go to their website at www.ssat.org.)
When filling out the application forms, please follow the steps outline in our Checklist for Admission form.
Applications should be submitted to the Admissions Office as soon as possible after receipt. The following items must be on file before the Admissions Committee will take action:

Completed forms included in the Application Packet.

Student essay: "Why I Want to Attend HMA".

Transcript of credit/grades earned at any intermediate/high school.

Proof of completing the eighth grade (report card or diploma).

SSAT Test scores (incoming freshmens only.

A $25 application-processing fee (non-refundable).
Additional testing may be required. The results of examinations may be used in placing the student in a study program that best suits his or her capabilities.
